About the Event
In this 1-day workshop, you’ll learn how to get started fabricating in sterling silver using micro-torches.
We will cover all the basics of soldering sterling silver and the skills needed to create a chunky wire loop pendant with a bail and a silver accent ball, a pair of earrings, AND an adjustable wrap ring! All the skills you will learn translate to a larger torch if you decide to upgrade later.
You'll learn how to add texture to metal, create the shank for an adjustable ring, bend wire to make a shaped loop, make your own earwires, set a small stone in a premade bezel cup, and put all the pieces together to make beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry.
Everything you need to make all the projects, including the use of tools, is provided in the class fee.
